Our elaborate browsing system allows you to search for products under specific categories, such as composers, artists, instruments, musical genres, formats (CD, SACD or DVD) and further criteria such as bestsellers, compilations and mid-price products. You may combine the search criteria in order to refine your search until you have found the product that suits your taste. An alternative search tool is the keyword search box which is located on every page of the website and is sensitive to catalogue numbers, composer or artist names, work titles or any other keyword. If you want to purchase a product from Ondine.net, click the "add to cart" button next to the product cover image. You may keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you would like to order. Once you've added the first item to your webcart, the webcart icon at the top will light up in orange colour and indicate the total amount of items added. You can access the contents of your webcart at any time by clicking the "view cart" button.

As soon as you access the webcart, your connection to Ondine's website is encrypted with SSL technology. The lock on the browser's status bar shows that the connection is secured. Click the lock to confirm that you are connected to Ondine's website.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your webcart. Once you have modified the order quantity for any particular item, please make sure to click the "update" button, and the system will recalculate the total price. If you decide that you don't want to proceed with purchasing right away, click the "continue shopping" button.

Enter your contact information as requested. If your billing address is located outside the territory of the European Union, you will be charged prices without VAT at the end of the purchase process. Uncheck the box under "Shipping location" and fill out the requested form if you would like your purchases to be shipped to any location other than your billing address.

Your card will not be charged until your order has been cleared and the merchandise has been shipped. If you have entered a billing address within Finland in Step 2, you will have the alternative wire transfer options via Nordea 'Solo' or Osuuspankki 'Kulta'. After you submit your order by clicking the "confirm now" button, the online confirmation screen is displayed. We recommend you print this out as a receipt for your records.
